EM Specialist Developer for SCAPM/SCALA
Minimum 6 years of experience is mandatory for Specialist roles.
- Experience in installation and configuring of ITCAM, ITM v6.2.3 or later
- Expertise in SmartCloud Application Performance Management(SCAPM)
- Installation & configuration experience in RRT, OS, Warehouse and ITCAM for ISM agents
- Should have experience in configuring High Availability of TEMS Server.
- Creating and managing Back-End and Real-user Transaction dashboards
- Integration exposure in APM UI to Jazz for Svc Mgmt and TIP integration
- Expertise in SmartCloud Analytics Log Analysis (SCALA) 1.2 and Later
- Experience in Log File Agent Configuration(LFA)
- Exposure in creating and managing insight packs
- Experience in creating custom apps
- Integration experience in Logstash.
