Job Description:
- 5-7 Years of experience as a techno functional consultant having good exposure to PeopleSoft HRMS applications including Core HR, Global Payroll, Benefits, NA payroll (ver 9.X).
- Must have experience on Assessment, requirements gathering, design and Unit testing.
- Must be able to create functional and technical design documents
- Should have good technical knowledge on Application designer, People Code, App engine, CI, IB , SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, PS Security and be able to train the team members
- Should have extensive technical and functional testing experience on PS HRMS domain
- Should take initiative to work on his own without guidance
- Should have good working experience with business user
- Interpersonal and communication skills
