1. Should have 4-8 years of experience on web application development experience with at least two year experience in SharePoint portal development.
2. Good Knowledge of .Net Framework 2.0, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0/3.0(MOSS) and 2010
3. Good Knowledge in the administration, configuration, and customization of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2007, with experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010.
4. Strong working knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model.
