we are looking for candidates with exp on design & implementation, consulting, presales etc.

Excellent knowledge in couple of following areas: at least 2-7 years experience Microsoft OCS/Lync 2010,Lync 2013 Voice/Video Technologies Unified Communication, Active Directory, Exchange messaging Unified Messaging CTI, (VoIP, IP Telephony etc), Media Gateways, Signaling Controllers, Mediation Server,

- Integration with Lync and Video conferencing device, PBX.

- Knowledge of Voice protocols (RTP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, XMPP, SCCP, G.7xx voice encoding/compression, SS7)

- Knowledge on QoS for voice networks (Traffic Engineering, RSVP)

- Knowledge on Integration with traditional voice networks (PSTN), other messaging (Microsoft OCS/Lync, Exchange E-mail), IVR, etc. Network Convergence.

- Working knowledge on Lync/ CUCM/Avaya session Manager.

- Good knowledge on Data Networking

- Excellent Oral/Written Communication Skills
