- Website and Web Application Support
- Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat, Akamai, Alert Site
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience on the above mentioned Products and in Website or Web application Support roles
- Expertise in understanding issues effecting the website availability or performance and are related to the application, network or operating system, troubleshooting issues related to website availability and performance issues.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting E-commerce sites.
- Knowledge of Load balancers and web site cache services.
- Excellent knowledge of Networking, Operating System and Databases.
- Ability to interact with multiple teams for resolution of issues.
Generic Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in working on Linux/Solaris/Windows platforms
- Ability to produce reports, quality documentation as and when required for any transition or operational requirements.
- Expertise on troubleshooting application & Operating System issues on LinuxUNIX & Windows environment.
- Ability to communicate to and work within a global team.
- Excellent inter-personal, strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Highly motivated. - Self starter, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to multi-task.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Required a sound understanding of UNIX and Microsoft Windows operating systems, relational databases, Network Administration & concepts and application server administration, and client-server application deployment.
